Today's Brainstorm

To motivate part-timers, start by orienting them properly. Explain their jobs and identify who can give them assignments. Give each part-timer a full-time employee as a mentor; someone willing to answer questions. Find out part-timers’ skills, and give them some interesting work in addition to dull jobs no one else wants. Make sure full-timers know why you are bringing in part-timers, so they don’t feel threatened.
